Solutions Partnership Program

Solutions partners should possess a high level of Technology and Telecommunications industry knowledge and expertise. Your organization will be required to work collaboratively with Mobility Help Desk personnel throughout the customer development process from initial pre-sale discovery through final proposal and the implementation. you will be asked to participate in joint meetings as required.

Additionally, you will assist Mobility Help Desk with the delivery of an outstanding customer experience throughout our engagement with the client. recurring commissions are paid on a per device basis for the life of our client engagement.

getting started

Complete and submit our online Partner Application and non-disclosure agreement.

Commit to a minimum program target to meet certification requirements as Solutions Partner. Meeting or exceeding agreed upon targets allows Solutions Partners to enjoy elevated commission payouts. Certification training is provided online and through our Partnership Program Manager – Andy Wilson

Complete and submit new Partner Set-up/Payment Forms and W9 to our accounts payable department.

Ensure you have a complete understanding of the online resources including the lead registration, commission reporting and sales/marketing collateral.

Participate in an onboarding and orientation conference call with one of our Channel professionals.

Referral Partnership Program

Our referral partner program allows participants to engage as referral champions for Mobility Help Desk. Your role in this program is to identify and qualify potential customers, pass warm leads to our sales team and facilitate initial client introductions. Recurring commissions are paid on a per device basis for the life of our client engagement
