Your Devices. Your Plans. Your Support. All of It
From the moment a device enters your environment to the day it’s retired, we handle every step.
Mobility Management
When your team relies on connected devices to do their jobs, managing those devices shouldn’t fall on an already-stretched IT team. Procurement, configuration, carrier coordination, invoice processing, help desk support, and end-of-life recycling. It’s a full operation that compounds every time your business adds a device, a user, or a new location.
Most organizations absorb that complexity internally until it becomes unsustainable. New devices get provisioned under new contracts. Carrier relationships multiply. The team that should be focused on advancing the company’s technology keeps spending hours on work that should never need to happen.
Mobility Help Desk takes that entire operation off your plate.
One managed program. One invoice. One point of contact who already knows your environment.
What We Manage
Every device from day one to end of life. Every carrier plan optimized against actual usage. Every invoice consolidated into one clear number. Every support call handled by a US-based help desk so your IT team isn’t the first line of response for every device issue across your organization.
We manage the carrier relationships. We manage the billing. We manage the lifecycle. You get visibility into all of it through EVO Connect, our purpose-built platform, without having to touch a carrier portal.

EMM vs EMM+ vs MaaS: Which One Fits?
The right program depends on what you already have and how much you want Mobility Help Desk to own.
You have carrier relationships. You need the device lifecycle and support layer managed for you.
You want devices and carrier plans managed together. One partner, no carrier coordination on your end.
You want everything. Devices, plans, applications, support, and lifecycle, in one fixed monthly cost.
What Changes When Mobility Help Desk Runs the Program
Without Mobility Help Desk
Device procurement handled manually and inconsistently, carrier plans managed separately with no unified visibility, invoices reconciled across multiple carriers every month, IT team absorbing every device issue and carrier dispute, end-of-life devices piling up with no clear process, and costs that vary month to month with no predictable baseline.
With Mobility Help Desk
One managed program covering every device from day one to end of life, carrier plans optimized proactively based on actual usage, one consolidated invoice with clear cost allocation per device, a US-based help desk handling employee support so your IT team doesn’t have to, structured end-of-life recycling built in, and a fixed monthly cost per device that is predictable, defensible, and free of surprises.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between EMM, EMM+, and MaaS?
All three are fully managed by Mobility Help Desk. EMM covers the device lifecycle and support layer alongside your existing carrier relationships. EMM+ adds MHD voice and data plans into the program so devices and connectivity are managed together under one invoice. MaaS bundles everything, devices, plans, applications, and support, into one fixed monthly cost per device with no separate carrier contracts.
Do we have to switch carriers to work with Mobility Help Desk?
No. EMM works alongside your existing carrier relationships. EMM+ and MaaS include MHD-managed plans, but the transition is handled by our team. You don’t coordinate carrier changes.
What does the US-based help desk actually cover?
Employee device support in real time. Activations, troubleshooting, plan questions, carrier escalations. The calls that would otherwise land on your IT team come to us instead.
How does billing work?
One consolidated invoice per month. EMM includes invoice consolidation across your existing carriers. EMM+ and MaaS consolidate everything, devices and connectivity, into a single fixed monthly rate per device.
How quickly can we get started?
After a brief discovery call, we design the right program for your environment and get it moving. Device provisioning, plan configuration, and platform access can typically be established within days depending on deployment scope.
